customer security

your information is safe with me. I do not sell on our customers' contact details. I do not bother our customers with constant offers by email - well, perhaps two per year. I do not keep customers' financial details on file. I treat your privacy as if it were my own.

delivery in the UK

all items are dispatched by either Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post (2-4 days) or Parcel 48 (2-4 days) within the UK. every effort is made to deal with your order quickly and efficiently. dispatch will take place within a maximum of 3 days of receiving payment for order.

delivery abroad

all items are dispatched by Parcelforce international postal services. delivery times and costs vary according to destination. please email me for details before making your purchase. every effort is made to deal with your order quickly and efficiently. dispatch will take place within a maximum of 3 days of receiving payment for order.

exchanges

re jerkins, every effort is made to get sizes right first time but, as buying by post is not an exact science, I am happy to exchange recently purchased, unused items where the size or length needs changing. I do ask for a standard £5.00 contribution towards the cost of second postings in UK and full postage cost in the case of items going abroad.

how to buy

just select the items you want to buy by clicking them into the 'trolley'. when you have everything you want just click 'checkout' to pay. I accept payment by credit card, debit card, cheque, postal order, bank transfer (confirmed before shipping) and Paypal. I can also accept bank transfer (cleared before shipping) or cheque (cleared before shipping) and postal order by post.

jerkin colour

my jerkins are made out of leather which is prepared in a traditional manner. there are slight variations in colour and finish on each individual hide and though we try to match these as closely as possible, there is sometimes a difference in tone in some jerkins. as the leather darkens with use (and the application of dubbin), these slight differences become barely noticeable as the jerkin develops 'character'.

returns policy

if you decide that you do not like the product you have purchased, I am happy to make a refund on returned, unused items minus the postage if notification is made within 15 days of dispatch from these premises.
